Process & Payment

-Commissions can take me anywhere from a few days to 6 months depending on the complexity
-I will send photos of each stage and will take corrections up until the shading/lighting portion

-Payment will be taken through either PayPal or Ko-fi. (Other: E-transfer Canada only)
-I take payment upfront or after a sketch has been sent and approved

Cancellation & Refunds

-I have the right to cancel and refund the order at any time with any given reason

-I often do not accept refunds after any process has been shown past the sketch
-If asked for and provided a refund you may not use any of the images I have sent during our work process (including the initial sketch) Any usage of my art after a refund will result in being blacklisted
-If I was the one who asked to refund your commission you are open to using any of the progress I have sent you as long as it continues to follow my copyright & usage

Copyright & Usage

I EssoEspresso as the artist have the rights to:

-Refuse any order for any reason
-Cancel and refund the order at any time with any given reason
-I have the right to post the commissioned artwork online

You can openly use my art for personal use (e.g. Banners, Pfp, Etc)
[Credit is mandatory where available]

-Never alter my art without consulting me beforehand (I will often alter it for you)
-Never use my art for commercial use (e.g. Selling prints, or other variations of my art)
-Never use my art in harmful propaganda
-Never claim the artwork as your own
-Never remove my watermark or signature
